Programs > After Care Programs
Upon graduation, we hope to have the men and women ready to deal with the realities and pressures of life in a positive, responsible, and mature way. Our Aftercare Program is designed for graduates of our Life Skills Program to remain connected with Grace Centers of Hope through a healthy Christian community. In the Men’s and Women’s Aftercare Program they begin the transition back into mainstream society by working, going to school, and mentoring men in the One Year Life Skills Program. Throughout the two year program participants continue to receive individual counseling, Bible study, and low income housing.
