Volunteer > Conduct A Change for Children Campaign

Change for Children
Grace Centers of Hope, Oakland County’s oldest and largest homeless shelter, is launching a “Change for Children” Campaign in order to build a new child care center in downtown Pontiac for disadvantaged and homeless children. This new facility will be called the Hands of Hope Education & Childcare Center.

The Hands of Hope Education & Childcare Center will give over 25 homeless children the opportunity to learn in a safe and structured atmosphere. Furthermore, the Hands of Hope Education & Childcare Center will be made available, at no charge, to low income or no income families in the surrounding community. Every child deserves the quality care and instruction which will inspire them to reach for their dreams.

You can help!

By collecting pennies or spare change through one of our change buckets, your school, church or place of employment is positively impacting the surrounding community and helping to ensure that the most disadvantaged children have an opportunity to learn and flourish in a safe environment. You may request one bucket or multiple buckets as needed.

Reach out with us to collect change in order that we might change a life.
