The Aftercare Program is designed for graduates of our Life Skills Program to build and develop upon their new foundation through healthy Christian community. In the aftercare program they begin the transition back into mainstream society by working, going to school and learning to give back to society. Individuals and families have the opportunity to participate in the Aftercare program for up to two years. Multi and single family home are available in our Little Grace Village affordable housing community.
